THE OPPORTUNITY:
Our Partnerships and Operations Manager is a driven and proactive individual, powering growth, nurturing partner relationships and optimising operational processes. We’re looking for someone with strong sales expertise and experience in the field, someone who loves processes and can ensure the seamless management of daily operations.
You’ll be an advocate for sustainable change, working with our clients to lock in the next step on their zero waste journey, and supporting our team of Sustainable Solutioneers to produce top tier services for our candidates.
In our small, vibrant team, your ideas and skills will be highly valued. You’ll manage our entire client portfolio from the first contact, supported by a fantastic team of Sustainable Solutioneers who will implement tailored solutions for our clients.
The starting date for this role is the beginning of September 2024, open to negotiation for the right candidate.
Duration Fixed Term, 12 Months
This role is set to become permanent for the right candidate, subject to the nature of small business, and will be reviewed in quarter two, 2025. Our ideal candidate is ready to grow with Nonstop!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will cultivate and expand our client portfolio, leveraging your sales expertise to achieve sales KPI’s.
You will develop and maintain relationships with partners, ensuring their satisfaction through exceptional service
You will streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
You will oversee the onboarding of new partners and the preparation of quotes and proposals
You will manage the contract and deposit process, facilitating a smooth handover to your team
You will ensure overall client satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management
You will be responsible for managing a small, dynamic operations team

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
A relevant degree or certification and/or extensive knowledge and experience in sales and client relationship management
2+ years experience in a sales role where innovation is critical
Proven expertise in sales performance with multiple examples of results
Experience in skillfully managing client relationships
Experience in leading people
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to naturally build strong relationships
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Confidence in team management and fostering collaboration within a team
Strong organisational skills and tenacity (you love a process!)
Proven ability to prioritise and efficiently execute tasks in fast-paced environments, maintaining high effectiveness
You’re a team player who loves collaborating and working closely with a small team
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience with a CRM, ideally monday.com
Experience in using the Google suite
Experience in or exposure to a startup environment
