Karina is passionate about working with events and is motivated by the difference and impact that she sees Nonstop Solutions having. She says it is exciting working with events as no two are the same and you are kept on your toes - with continuous challenges!
In her spare time you will find Karina enjoying the summer sunshine and exploring new places and activities. To relax you’ll find her curled up with a good book.
Sophie Brooker
Co-Founder and Chief Solutioneer (COO)

Sophie is our co-founder and COO. She handles all of the day to day operations of Nonstop Solutions.

Sophie has previously worked in building up non profits. She has a drive to ensure all work she dedicates herself to benefits people and the planet.
In her spare time, Sophie loves anything creative, from painting to baking to building. Most of her time is spent in her van, at the beach or in nature with her dog.

In her spare time you will find her taking photos, enjoying the thrift shops and foodie spots in Wellington, at the beach, or out in nature barefoot!

Breanna Ward

Breanna leads our team of Sustainable Solutioneers to deliver top notch waste minimisation services, along with a holding a portfolio of events herself.

Breanna is passionate about wellbeing, equity, and climate justice. She loves to help people connect to their local environments and recongise how our daily systems and practises directly impact these places. She is particularly passionate about protecting marine and aquatic spaces.
Breanna has completed a Bachelor of Outdoor Education and Sustainabitly. She has experience working as an oudoor facilitator and a sustainabitly contractor. In her spare time she loves spending time with her friends, family and community. She also loves being in the moana (ocean), awa (river) and ngahere (forest). You can catch her open water marathon swimming, ice swimming, white water kayaking, hiking, or playing with her dog.

Max Cornish
Sustainable Solutioneer

Max works with our event partners to deliver tailored waste minimisation services - from creating waste minimisation plans, to booking the onsite services, putting together our reports and leading teams onsite. Max also specialises in working with councils across the motu.

Max carries a passion for the natural world and events. Max has previously worked across the UK festival scene and enjoys the community cohesion created through events. He also has a MSc in Environmental Management and has taught Geography & Environmental Management for 4 years.
In his spare time Max enjoys playing football, hiking, scuba diving and surfing (or at least attempting to).
Laura Allen

Laura's genuine love for nature fuels her unwavering dedication to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
Balancing her work with Nonstop Solutions alongside her studies for a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies and Development Studies at Victoria University of Wellington, Laura is all about making a real difference in the world. In her downtime, she finds peace in a good book or a dip in the ocean. And let's not forget her love for ice cream, no matter the weather!
Georgia Gasper
Sustainable Solutioneer

As one of our sustainable solutioneers, Georgia works with our event partners to deliver tailored waste minimisation services - from creating waste minimisation plans, to booking the onsite services, putting together our reports and leading teams onsite, primarily in the Wairarapa region!

Georgia loves seeing behaviour change in action when it comes to waste minimisation, whether that's working with event organisers to adopt reusables, assisting vendors to switch out landfill-only packaging, or educating attendees on correct disposal. Every positive nudge to adopt more environmentally sustainable practices counts towards making greater systems change.
When she's not in Nonstop work mode, Georgia's completing her Master's degree in Sustainable Business, practicing yoga, hunting for wild mushrooms, or trying out every single Vietnamese food joint in town!
Zara Brooker
Resource and Logistics Manager

Zara is our resource and logistics manager, she oversees our warehouse ensures the correct gear and kits come in and out to the right places. Her smooth organisation guarantees our resources are managed efficiently so our team can get the job done!
