Brendan Foot Supersite Round the Bays will take place Sunday 20 February 2022. This iconic Wellington event is the largest ‘fun run’ held outside of Auckland, consistently attracting 13,000+ people.

Live music is provided by some of Wellington’s (and NZ’s) top musicians to keep the festival alive. A selection of Wellington’s top restaurants will deliver exquisite dishes while the wine, cider and craft beer beverages will range from local to international brands. Aro Fair promises another glorious, family friendly day of entertainment and community spirit with the main live music stage and market full of stalls in the park, and Foodcourt on the basketball court.
Craft stalls, Food trucks, Oddity stalls (you name it, we've got it!), will set up in Aro Park and the community center grounds for the greatest little fair at the end of the Welly Summer.

The highlight of Newtown’s Festival extravaganza is the Newtown Festival Street Fair – Sunday 7th March. Free to all – a family-oriented public celebration in the heart of Newtown – this is Newtown’s community party to which all of Wellington is invited.

The aim is to celebrate Newtown by bringing our community together out into the public realm,  helping to shape and reflect  the spirit, identity and local character beyond much more than the actual event. For the Festival to happen requires hundreds of people becoming involved in their community.
